According to JEOL Resonance, a new benchmark for resolution and benchmark will be set with its introduction next week of a new 0.75-mm solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) probe. Burkert Life Science has introduced microfluidic valves with Twin Power technology. The valves are available in 10 mm, 16 mm, and 22 mm sizes. Twin Power technology combines the rocker principle with a new actuator. This dual-solenoid design allows the use of a smaller valve with lower power consumption.
