This expansion, known as the Accelerator, opened with 27,000 f pre-leased to four companies graduating out of the BioBusiness Incubator. The new Accelerator has custom designed laboratories and offices.

The laboratory is located on the 9th floor of the Translational Research Center part of the University of Pennsylvania Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. The laboratory is biologically secure and constructed specifically to study arthropods.

$62 million campus building will improve Boston neighborhood

The building is in accord with the University’s Master Plan and that its impacts–which include relocating all academic classrooms from the residential part of Beacon Hill–will benefit the neighborhood.
New lab building to meet demand for science, tech, engineering and math programs

The 151,000-square-feet, four-story building will feature nine classrooms, 15 teaching laboratories, 14 faculty and student research laboratories, study spaces, 160 offices, and a greenhouse.
HDL starts Phase 2 expansion at BioTechnology Research Park

When completed in April 2014, Phase 2 will contain 95,000 additional square feet of office and wet laboratory space.

AIA selects top ten green projects

Study of “living roof” to collect performance data

The college plans to cover the rooftop of the new building with vegetation to help offset interior cooling costs, and help the four-story, 250,000-square-foot facility blend in with its natural surroundings.

HOK design for University at Buffalo's Medical School unveiled

The seven-story, 500,000 ft2 medical school will be one of the largest buildings constructed in Buffalo in decades.
