A 37,000 sf expansion was added to the Bioscience Park Center at Fitzsimons. This expansion, known as the Accelerator, opened with 27,000 f pre-leased to four companies graduating out of the BioBusiness Incubator. The new Accelerator has custom designed laboratories and offices.

$62 million campus building will improve Boston neighborhood

With its nearly 650 employees moved in and settling into Phase 1 of its headquarters expansion, Health Diagnostic Laboratory Inc. started construction on Phase II of the 283,000-square-foot complex in Richmond, Va. When completed in April 2014, Phase 2 will contain 95,000 additional square feet of office and wet laboratory space.
